Your wellbeIng comes first
Our Commitment to Your Safety
Your safety is the foundation of every journey we guide. Before you arrive, we take the time to get to know you: your intentions, your health, and any medications you take. Each retreat is prepared with care rather than assumed, and we arrange your lodging, meals, and ceremonies ourselves. [PLACEHOLDER: transportation.] You are accompanied from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Here is what you can expect from us.
Experienced Facilitators
Every retreat is led by Alonso and Flor, healers, musicians, and therapists who met in the Sacred Valley and founded Alma Tierra. [CONFIRM: Our facilitators are trained in CPR, and the nearest hospital, Hospital Minsa Pisac, is 11 km away in the city of Pisac.]
Careful Screening
Every participant begins with an intake call and form, where we talk through your reasons for joining, your health, and any medications you take. This lets us prepare each retreat around the people in it and give you honest guidance on preparation and on speaking with your physician before changing any medication. If a medicine is not right for you, we will tell you.
Integration Support
The experience does not end when the retreat does. Your process begins with a pre-ceremony interview, continues with the shamanic work during the ceremonies, and closes with integration, where we help you make sense of what you experienced and carry it into daily life. [PLACEHOLDER: support after the retreat, in person or remote.]
Your Journey Deserves Thoughtful Care
Choosing to step into this kind of experience is a meaningful decision, and you should feel safe and supported every step of the way. At Alma Tierra, we listen first, prepare carefully, and stay with you from your first conversation to your return home, so you can arrive with trust.
Meet Your Facilitators
Alma Tierra was founded in the Sacred Valley of Cusco by Alonso Rafael Gaitán and Florencia Araceli Diaz, two healers, musicians, and therapists who serve with master plants, alternative therapies, and practical knowledge.
Private Ceremonies and Custom Sessions
Can’t join our set dates, or want something more personal? Alonso and Flor also offer private ceremonies and one-on-one sessions. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm which are available and how to book.]
Integration Support Before and After Your Retreat
Integration is part of the work, not an afterthought. Your pre-ceremony interview helps you set your intentions, and each retreat closes with an integration session and a final circle. [PLACEHOLDER: support after the retreat, in person or remote, and whether it is open to guests of other centers.]
